Every day, thousands of individuals join America’s fastest growing labor pool – Persons with Disabilities. AbilityLinks, a free nationwide program of Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, has assisted over 200 of these individuals with finding employment since 2001.

Lime Connect (Lime) represents a “fresh approach” in the disability talent space by putting talent first and disability second. They host networking events designed to connect undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students with disabilities to best of class companies in the U.S. and Canada. Lime has teamed up with corporate partners to source talent for a broad variety of full-time, internship and co-op opportunities. They also work with partners to provide scholarships for outstanding students with disabilities, such as the BMO Financial Group/Lime Scholarship and Internship Program and the Google Lime Scholarship for Students with Disabilities.
