Student IDs can be obtained at the Office of Student Activities in the Student Union Libraby Building, Room 104B.

Office Hours for obtaining a Student ID:

• Monday          1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Tuesday         10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Wednesday     1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Thursday        1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Friday             10:00 am to 2:00 pm

What do you need to obtain a Student ID?
Must have a current semester class schedule (Spring ‘09) and valid photo identification.

Replacement cards cost $15 and must be paid at Student Accounts located in the Enrollment Services Center, Lawshe Hall, room 130. A new student ID will be issued with proof of receipt.
