This week The Office of Student Activities would like to highlight the following student organization:


International Student Org. (ISO)

This organization welcomes all students to participate in a culturally diversified team and broaden their own understanding of different cultures. ISO seeks to establish a constructive cultural community by creating a platform for sharing of cultural experiences. By providing students from different countries with opportunities to interact, ISO helps them develop lasting friendships and socialize with cultures around the world.

Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE)

Founded in 1884, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) is an international technical professional society devoted to advancing the theory and application of electrical engineering, electronics and computing.

 

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF)

The purpose of INTERVARSITY is to build a collegiate fellowship that engages the Purdue Calumet campus with the gospel of Jesus Christ and makes disciples who live out biblical values. INTERVARSITY chapters are on over 800 campuses across the United and on some 20 campuses in Indiana. If you’re a Christian and would be interested in meeting with other Christians through bible study, prayer and various camps and conferences throughout the year… then INTERVARSITY IS FOR YOU! If you’re interested in knowing more about the person of Jesus Christ and what it means to follow him, then we extend to you an invitation to come and discover this person who over 2,000 years ago revolutionized the world through his radical teachings. All are welcome! There are no chapter dues.

Indiana Student Education Association (ISEA)

The Indiana Student Education Association welcomes all students interested in careers as future educators. This organization keeps abreast of changes in certification and newly mandated testing and laws in the field of education. It plans local campus activities and seminars that benefit and relate to future educators.

 

Kappa Alpha Psi

Kappa Alpha Psi encourages achievement by uniting men of culture, patriotismand honor in a bond of fraternity. This group raises the sights of African-American students and stimulates the attainment of higher goals.
