Service and support requests are made in a variety of ways.

· Self-service web-request

Select the Request Service from CTIS link on the CTIS web site at https://bridgetrak.calumet.purdue.edu/request_service.html

This method provides the easiest and fastest means of requesting service. It provides you with the ability to request service 24 hours a day. Requests entered through self-service will be resolved during normal business hours.

You can also track the status of your requests through the self-service request site by selecting the View Request link.

This method provides another option to request service 24 hours a day. Requests e-mailed to the CSSC will be responded to and resolved during normal business hours.

This method provides you with the ability to speak with a Customer Service Representative during normal business hours.
