How do I Resolve an Incorrect Login?Below is the error message you will receive if your network login or password are not correct.
Check to be sure your network login and password are typed correctly.
Once you have verified your network login and password and are sure they are correct and you still cannot login or you cannot remember your password, your password must be reset. This cannot be done over the phone, as we must confirm the identity of the person requesting a password change.
To have your password changed, you must bring a picture ID to the Main Computer Lab in Powers 115, the CTIS Customer Service Center in Gyte 133 or CTIS Operations in Powers 218. |
