The Office of Instructional Technology supports faculty and staff with their use of digital media and instructional software. One-on-one consultations are available to assist faculty, staff, and graduate students in using Blackboard, setting up instructional materials online, and administering course exams and assessments online.
In addition to supporting Blackboard and the development of online instructional materials, the OIT staff also provides assistance with and training on a variety of other technologies. Providing instruction on Microsoft Office software, scanning photos and documents, and assisting with poster printing are just a few examples of other ways the OIT staff can be of assistance. Consultations can be arranged by phoning the office at 989-2873, emailing oit@calumet.purdue.edu or stopping by the OIT in Gyte 135. You are encouraged to make an appointment so we may assist you in the most efficient manner possible and gather any materials that might be helpful to you.
