Purdue University Calumet spring graduates earned 602 degrees.
According to official figures released by the university’s Office of the Registrar, the graduates earned 121 master’s degrees, 401 baccalaureate degrees and 80 associate degrees.
Additionally, 60 bachelor and associate degree recipients graduated with scholastic honors. Seventeen graduated with “highest distinction” and 43 graduated with “distinction.”
Graduates of “highest distinction” compiled a grade point index within the upper 3 percent of their class while meeting minimum university credit hour requirements. Graduates of “distinction” compiled an upper 10 percent grade point index while satisfying minimum university credit hour requirements.
Comprising the class are 523 Indiana residents, 75 Illinois residents, two Michigan residents, and one each from Arizona and Georgia.
More than 41,600 degrees have been awarded at Purdue Calumet.
