New! GMAT Prep Sessions

The School of Management has launched its new GMAT PREP sessions for the Fall and Spring semesters. These sessions are designed to help MBA and MAcc candidates with the verbal and mathematical part of the GMAT exam. You do not have to be a Purdue student to take the GMAT PREP Sessions.

Improve your chances of gaining admission to the Graduate School of your choice with a comprehensive course covering each area of this challenging exam: mathematics, reading comprehension, grammar, critical reasoning, and essay writing. Reinforce your skills with practice on real GMAT questions and exam simulations and benefit from the tips and strategies offered by our experienced GMAT instructor.

Spring 2010 Sessions

Tutoring Length*: 7 weeks (February – March 2010)

Schedule: Saturdays  classes only| 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Fee: There is a session fee of $490 that includes the cost of the GMAT workbook and different online resources.

Student Bonus:

If the student gets a score equal or greater than 550 and enrolls as a degree seeking student in the MBA/MAcc program, the student will get a refund on the GMAT exam($250) after his first graduate course is graded with a minimum grade of B-.

Minimum required to be accepted into the MBA or MAcc program: 450 GMAT and/or formula (GMAT + (Cumulative GPA * 200) equal to 1,000 or higher.)

Registration : The GMAT PREP sessions are listed as a non-credit course (CRN 4010). You can only register through the BASS Registration Office located in FNRC 105.  You may contact BASS via phone (989-2986) if you are paying by credit card .  However, if you are paying by cash or check, you need to do so in person.
