Downloadable AntiSpam Filters
All of the phrases suggested on the More AntiSpam Filters page have been combined into one downloadable filter. Click on the link below to download the filter. Then follow the instructions to import it on your computer. Try it out. You can always add or remove words or phrases to make the filter work better to fit your own needs.
Downloadable Internet Email Rule
The Internet Email Rule is designed to move incoming mail sent from anyone off campus to a special folder call Internet Email. Follow the links below for instructions on how to first create the folder, then download the Internet Email rule, and import it.
View instructions to create a new folder. Be sure to call it Internet Mail.
The same concept used to move internet mail into a specified folder can be used to move other specific items into different folders. For example, if you receive a monthly newsletter from Educause with the same subject line every time, a rule can be created to automatically move these items to a folder called Educause. These or other items could even be moved automatically to your archives or even your trash.
