The Center for Learning and Organizational Change will support professional and organizational development activities sponsored by the Institute. Working with both for-profit and non-profit entities, the Center’s mission will involve the application of the scientific body of knowledge to application in the real world.
Training activities may include training programs leading to certification, management in organizations, organizational renewal activities, and the dissemination of evidence-based practice. Given the overall mission of the Institute, the Center will also become involved in the creation of public-private ventures designed to promote the economic and social well-being of the region served by the Institute.
