Purdue University Calumet recently approved the charter establishing the Institute for Social and Policy Research. Housed in facilities in Porter Hall and the E-Center building, the Institute unites the latest social science research technologies and methodologies to provide a unique center for social and policy investigation and analysis to Northwest Indiana and northeastern Illinois. Business, non-profit, and governmental organizations will be able to utilize the expertise and resources of the Institute in a variety of research modes.
