Note:  International students who wish to be picked up at the airport must arrive between before 10pm – United States Central Time Zone.  Students who arrive after 10:00pm should make hotel arrangements and schedule university pickup the following day.  International New Student Orientation will be scheduled within the previous few days before the beginning of the semester. Orientation attendance is mandatory for new students, including transfer students already studying in the USA.

Early / Late ELP Arrivals:

We recommend taking the COACH USA bus, which is available from both airports to the HIGHLAND, IN Bus Terminal (3 miles from the campus). The ride from the airports takes approximately one hour. They offer very reliable services and leave the airport every hour. COACH USA furnishes modern, clean and comfortable motor coaches exclusively for airport arrivals and departures. For more information, please visit their website at http://www.coachusa.com/. Tickets can be purchased online or at the airport (approximately $22 one way).

Early or late ELP arrivals will also need transportation from the Highland Bus Terminal to the University Village or hotel. Listed below are a few taxi cab companies:
