Room Reservation Request

Members of the PUC community (students, faculty and staff) wishing to reserve a meeting room at the University Village may complete the form below to request a meeting room. Everyone requesting to use a meeting room must read and agree to comply with the University Village Room Reservation Policies and Procedures (click here to review).

  • Room Reservation requests are to be completed at least 1 (one) week before the event.
  • Room Reservation requests for Student Organizations will require approval from Student Activities.
  • If you are a Student Organization, we will forward your Room Reservation request to Student Activities for approval. Your request will not be considered without their approval.
