- Honors Program Scholarship All incoming Honors students are eligible for the Honors Program Scholarship of $3,000 annually (in-state students) or $4,000 (out-of-state students). See the Honors Program Handbook for details.
- Study Abroad Scholarship Each student has one opportunity for the Honors Study Abroad Scholarship. This scholarship pays up to $1,000. See the Honors Program Handbook for details.
- Honors Advising Each Honors student is welcome to speak to the Honors Director and Honors Faculty Advisor for personal advisement.
- National Collegiate Honors Council Annual Conference All Honors students have an opportunity to submit proposals to present at the National Collegiate Honors Council Annual Conference. The conference is held each fall and will be in Washington, D.C. in 2009.
- Honors Association Officer Positions All Honors students who have completed HONR 100 are welcomed to run for an officer position to serve in the Honors Association.
- Personalized interaction with the Honors faculty
- The opportunity to graduate “With Honors”; a designation which can be an important credential for job placement and graduate/professional school application
- An opportunity to interact with highly motivated students with similar interests in a small college atmosphere at a large university
- Honors Study Abroad Opportunities Honors students traveled to China during the summer of 2008 with Honors Faculty Advisor and Philosophy professor Dr. John Rowan.
