Contract for Honors Credit
Honors students can “stack” a 300 level or higher course. You and your professor must fill out the Contract for Honors Credit and turn it in to be cleared by the Honors Director by the end of the 4th week of class. Click on the link to view all details and to access the form.
Community Service Log
All Honors students must engage in a minimum 10 hours of volunteer service each academic year (May 1 – April 30) unless the 50 hour program requirement has been met. All forms must be turned into Lawshe 238.
Participation Points Log
In order to continue to receive the Honors Program Scholarship, all students must earn at least 100 participation points each academic year (May 1 – April 30).

Graduation Audit
Do you plan to graduate soon? If you plan to graduate within the next year you need to fill out a Graduation Audit form if you want Honors designated on your degree and transcript.
