Honors Program

Welcome to the Purdue University Calumet Honors Program. Our Honors Program offers students intellectual challenges and curriculum enrichment through seminar honors courses, events and close contact with faculty and other honors students.

While our Honors Program offers a variety of opportunities for academic and personal growth, it is the innovation, creativity and motivation of our students that make the program outstanding.

Mission Statement

The Honors Program at Purdue University Calumet is dedicated to enhancing the learning experiences of highly-motivated and academically-exceptional students. Honors students engage in advanced coursework, community outreach,student-faculty research, study abroad, cultural and social activities, and regular interaction with the university’s most outstanding students and professors. Through these kinds of special learning opportunities, the Honors Program fosters academic excellence, critical thinking, social and civic responsibility and other virtues required of outstanding citizens and leaders.
