Welcome back for the Fall 2008 semester.

New Faculty Hire

The Department is delighted to announce the appointment of our new faculty member, Dr. Meg Rincker.

Dr. Rincker received her Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. This fall she will be teaching Post-Communism in Eastern Europe.

On September 17th, Purdue University Calumet’s Department of History and Political Science is celebrating Constitution Day with a series of events in Alumni Hall (Student Union Building, 3rd floor) that are free and open to the public. School groups are particularly encouraged to attend. Complimentary cookies and beverages will be served. Phi Alpha Theta will also be selling sweet treats to raise money for their organization.
