Who We Are

In addition to other services listed below, we are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computers, printers, and misc. equipment pertaining to the computing needs of the university. Anything related to the proper functioning of the computer hardware and software, and computer-related equipment is within our jurisdiction.

Services Available

We install, repair, and maintain an inventory of all computer related equipment on campus including personal computers, printers, and misc. equipment pertaining to the computing needs of the university.  We manage the shipping and receiving area for our department and quote pricing orders for computer related equipment to our customers on campus.  We maintain all the images used for supported PC’s for both administrative offices and student labs.  We are currently supporting over 3000 computers.  We service and maintain the Emergency Notification System (ENS) in all supported buildings for emergency notifications like tornado warnings or other threats.
