This is a teaching laboratory. Lectures and hands-on experiments covering the topics of Construction Management and Cost Estimating take place in this facility. There are 25 Windows workstations in this lab. The lab is equipped with the most current versions of industry standard software including WinEstimator, Project, SureTrak and others.

This is a teaching/research facility with state of the art equipment required for testing of soils. Testing according to the American Society for Testing and Materials can and are performed in this facility.

This is a teaching/research facility with state of the art equipment for testing of different construction materials, i.e., concrete, wood, steel, as well as structures. Equipment for testing of performance and durability is also available.

Anderson Building Room 250 – Lab Schedule
This is a fully configured teaching laboratory with 25 workstations. This lab offers hands-on training covering the topics of Computer Aided Design and Sketching. Applications available include the latest versions of AutoCAD, Civil Survey, Land Development Desktop, and Architectural CAD. The lab is also equipped for outputting full color, E-size plots.
