• Principles for Professional Conduct - In accordance with NACE’s Principles for Professional Conduct, the Career Center recommends employers give students a minimum of 3 weeks to return a decision on a job offer.The Career Center also asks that all students participating in the Formal On-Campus Recruiting Program abide by ethical policies and guidelines.
