The Best & Brightest scholarship is intended for recent graduates of Indiana and Illinois high schools and community colleges, and graduate students. The scholarship is designed to recognize and assist ambitious students who display a high level of academic excellence and potential for advancing northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area after they graduate.
