Application for Admission

This Application has been separated into two parts.

To send in an Application for Admission, simply print out The Application Form. Once the application has been printed, please fill out each of the items on the form. For assistance, see the Instructions for Completing the Application. Once clearly and accurately completed, send the application, along with any other needed materials, to:

To ensure a response within 1 to 2 weeks, make sure that all of the required materials are sent in with the Application. Whether you are a First Time Student, A Transfer Student, A Re-Entering Student, or a Non-Degree Seeking Student, see the Instructions for Completing the Application to make sure that all of the needed materials are sent with the Application.

Enrollment Incentive Award Program

Eligibility Criteria

  1. You must be a first time Purdue University Calumet student.
  2. You must have a minimum of sixty (60) transferable college credits to Purdue University Calumet.
  3. You must have a minimum cumulative GPA of B (3.0) in all previous college work.
  4. Student must be enrolled for a minimum of nine (9) credit hours at the 300 and/or 400 levels per semester at Purdue University Calumet for the award to apply to their tuition.
  5. This award applies only to 300 and 400 level classes. Tuition for any required coursework at the 100, 200 and/or 500 level will be billed at the current out-of-state rate. Please note: You may be required to take some 100 and/or 200 level courses at Purdue University Calumet.
  6. The award is restricted to fall and spring semesters only.

Continued Eligibility Criteria

  1. You must maintain enrollment in at least nine (9) credit hours at the 300 and/or 400 levels per semester for the award to post to your tuition.
  2. You must maintain at least a B (3.0) grade point average.
  3. You must maintain out-of-state student classification.
  4. The award is available for a total of four (4) out of six (6) continuous enrollment periods, excluding summer and co-op semesters, starting with the first semester your award is scheduled to begin.
  5. Prior to the beginning of each semester, the student must follow up with the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts to confirm that he/she has continued to meet al requirements and that all data has been received and recorded accurately.

Award Amount

The Enrollment Award covers the difference between the out-of-state tuition and the tuition for Indiana residents for 300 and/or 400 level courses. For an academic year, the value of this program exceeds $1700.00 per semester when enrolled in nine (9) credits at the 300 and/or 400 level.
