On August 3, 2009, Dr. Judith Pennywell will join the Academic Affairs Leadership Team as Executive Director of International Programs Office on our Calumet campus.   Dr. Pennywell brings with her a high level of professional knowledge and broad operational experience in the field of international program development and management.   She currently holds the position of Executive Director for the Office of International Initiatives at the University of Houston, Clear Lake in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Pennywell has a lengthy resume of university experience dealing with international program development and also in the arena of student services. 

Dr. Pennywell received her BA in Spanish, and her MS in Education from Indiana University, Bloomington.  She earned her Doctor of Education degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
